使用条款与数据授权协议

1授权范围

本平台按具名账号授权,仅限被授权的个人在授权俱乐部/组织内部、授权有效期内查看使用。账号不得共享、转借、转让,不得多人共用同一账号。

Access is granted per named account, for the authorized individual within the licensed organization during the license term. Accounts must not be shared, lent, or transferred.

2数据与知识产权

平台所含赛事数据、体能与战术指标、评价模型、可视化及分析方法学,均为专有成果并受知识产权保护;部分底层数据源自第三方(含 IMPECT、Catapult 等)并受其许可约束。一切权利保留。本授权不转移任何所有权。

All match data, physical/tactical metrics, evaluation models, visualizations and methodology are proprietary and protected. Some underlying data originates from third parties (incl. IMPECT, Catapult) under their licenses. All rights reserved; no ownership is transferred.

3禁止行为

• 以爬虫、脚本、自动化或批量方式抓取、导出、复制平台数据;
• 将数据、截图、导出物或页面向未授权第三方转发、发布、转售或公开;
• 对指标算法、评价模型或方法学进行逆向工程、反编译或还原推导;
• 规避或破坏登录、鉴权、限流、水印等技术措施;
• 共享账号口令,或将访问权授予他人。

Prohibited: scraping/automated or bulk extraction; forwarding, publishing, reselling or disclosing data/screenshots/exports to unauthorized parties; reverse engineering the metrics, models or methodology; circumventing auth/rate-limit/watermark controls; sharing credentials.

4水印与访问审计

为保护专有数据,页面在展示时会叠加与您登录账号绑定的水印(邮箱+日期),且所有访问与操作均被记录留存。一旦发生外泄,可据此追溯到具体账号并追究责任。审计日志的保留符合适用法律法规要求。

Pages are overlaid with a watermark bound to your account (email + date), and all access is logged. Any leak can be traced to the responsible account. Logs are retained per applicable law.

5违约后果

违反本条款者,平台有权立即停用账号而不予退款,并保留就由此造成的损失追究法律责任的权利。

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for resulting damages.
